These movements are about working through old tension patterns and learning to open up movements again that you have not been connected to.

Each video goes for about 1 minute.  It’s not that we think it will take just one minute.  In fact  the idea is to work through the movements of the wrist, elbow, and shoulder gently and slowly until you feel comfortable, a change, and then feed the movement through the next joint up.  So start at the wrist.

Take your time and concentrate on being as true to the movement as you can.
